(Amex: SUF) announced that its Chairman and CEO, Rudy Gunnerman received the "Businessman of the Year" Award from The Business Advisory Council of the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC). Dr. Gunnerman was named amongst other distinguished recipients from all fifty states. The award recognizes leading U.S. business leaders who have made a great commitment to their industries.

The Awards Program was part of the Annual Tax Reform Workshop held in Washington, DC. Dr. Gunnerman and the other recipients were able to discuss issues related to health care, energy, taxes and tort reform with Members of Congress in an informal setting.

As part of the NRCC Awards, Dr. Gunnerman took part in a photo opportunity with President Bush.
