Gunnerman, its President and Interim Chief Operating Officer, has advised the company that he is resigning as President and Interim Chief Operating Officer effective December 31, 2006. Dr. Rudolf W. Gunnerman, Chairman and CEO, will assume the duties of President and COO on an interim basis until a successor is appointed.
