SulphCo(R) Inc. Announces Further Patent Update In Mexico Company Expands Intellectual Property Coverage In Mexico
SPARKS, Nev., Jan. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SulphCo¢ç, Inc. (Amex: SUF - News) today announced notice of its third patent now granted in Mexico. In a previous announcement the Company stated that it had been granted the Patent titled "Ultrasound-Assisted Desulfurization of Fossil Fuels in the Presence of Dialkyl Ethers" along with its first patent in Mexico titled, "Continuous Process for Oxidative Desulfurization of Fossil Fuels with Ultrasound and Products Thereof."
The third patent granted is Patent Number 242552 "Corrosion resistant Ultrasonic Horn".
Additionally, SulphCo has recently received notice of another application accepted but not yet granted titled "Oxidative Desulfurization of Fossil Fuels with Ultrasound".
The company currently has three additional pending patents in Mexico.
