Management has arranged this call as the first step to the Company's new transparency initiatives for investors and to introduce new CEO, Dr. Larry Ryan and Chairman of the Board, Robert van Massdijk. This call seeks to update investors on the status of various projects, the Sonocracking® process and other related technology.
