(Amex: SUF - News) today announced notice of its second patent allowance in Mexico. The patent titled "Ultrasound-Assisted Desulfurization of Fossil Fuels in the Presence of Dialkyl Ethers" was originally filed in October 2003. Earlier this year, SulphCo¢ç was granted its first patent in Mexico titled, "Continuous Process for Oxidative Desulfurization of Fossil Fuels with Ultrasound and Products Thereof." The company currently has 4 additional patents pending in Mexico.
