 SulphCo(R) Inc. Announces Additional Intellectual Property Coverage in Mexico SPARKS, Nev., Nov. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SulphCo®, Inc. (Amex: SUF - News) today announced notice of its second patent allowance in Mexico. The patent titled "Ultrasound-Assisted Desulfurization of Fossil Fuels in the Presence of Dialkyl Ethers" was originally filed in October 2003. Earlier this year, SulphCo® was granted its first patent in Mexico titled, "Continuous Process for Oxidative Desulfurization of Fossil Fuels with Ultrasound and Products Thereof." The company currently has 4 additional patents pending in Mexico.
