(OTC Bulletin Board: SLPH), a developer of high-powered ultrasound technology to desulfurize and upgrade crude oil, announced today that it has received a patent from the Russian Federation for key components of its desulfurization technology. The patent is for the company¡¯s continuous process for oxidative desulfurization of fossil fuels with ultrasound. This Russian Federation patent adds significantly to SulphCo¡¯s existing international patent portfolio.
